I've had a low center pain for about 5 days. (It is dead center right above my pubic bone). It feels much like my pre-term labor did. At the beginning it was kind of coming and going and I thought I might be getting a UTI. This morning I felt better but tonight it is a dull constant pain and I'm starting to worry. I did take a pg test and it was negative.

Saturday we did Race for the Cure and I stood up quickly and passed out. Today, I got very light headed and everything went dark (but didn't pass out) while I was gardening.

Any ideas what this is? Is this something I should be heading to the ER for or wait it out until morning?

This is so hard. I haven't passed out like this in a long time but if you have low blood pressure that might be contributing.

About the pain, if it's higher than a 5 on a scale of 1 - 10, especially if it isn't getting better, you might want it checked out. ER care isn't fun but neither is riding there in an ambulance.
