When my blood tests for PCOS came back, my testosterone level was slightly elevated. I have been doing a lot of research on PCOS and I came across some info that said a higher testosterone level in PCOS women makes them resistant to clomid. Is there anything I can do to help change my level? i am already on met and trying to lose weight, any supplements that might hel?. I have heard of people taking soy bc it has estrogens, anyone have any luck with that?

From what I have heard soy will up your estrogen which in turn will up the testosterone which is why women with PCOS are usually encouraged to avoid all soy.

I don't have any other advice but wish you good luck!
