I just wanted to pass this along to anyone whos interested. Usually the flu makes its rounds through our house and everyone gets it, and last year it even went around a couple times. Well this year I was determined not to get it as I have been suffering from pre-term labor and was worried that getting the flu may have devastating consiquences. So at the advice of my Dad, an NMD, I took 2000mg of VIT C a day with 6 Echanechea caspsules 3x a day, wathched my sugar intake and upped antioxident foods. Guess what I was the only one in the house who did not get sick! Poor DH who hasn't been fully converted refused to take the stuff and he got sick. So if any of you all are trying to avoid the flu, this is what works

Well, I've got it right now, but thanks for the info. I have forgotten my C since I've been sick (today's the third day). However, what has helped me, DH, and his best friend get perfectly well once sick is Elderberry Tea - lots of it and very hot. It may make you sweat at night but that helps get rid of the toxins.
