Hi, I used to be a dancer and a yoga addict, then after a shoulder dislocation, tearing two muscles and a year of rehab, I slowed down considerably. Then I started working a desk job and my activity level was a lot lower. Then I got p/g and everything stopped. I mean EVERYTHING. I've been so exhausted I can't even imagine doing the dishes. Things have progressively gotten better, and I'm now thinking about what I can do to get myself back in shape.

Specifically, I have always had pretty bad endurance. Dancing often felt more like a high-lo kind of activity, so I never felt like I worked on my endurance much. Does anyone have suggestions of what I could do to increase my endurance? I'm thinking specifically in terms of the birth; I don't want to get overtired during labor and not have the energy to push.

Oh, and because of pronated ankles and fallen arches, no running allowed for me
