Hi!
I am trying to figure out if DD has some sort of allergy....she has had an icky nose (usually NOT clear) off and on for about 4 months now (!!), and is having a hard time sleeping.
I am in the process of eliminating dairy, but it's only been 3 days, so I can't tell yet.
We have NO $$ right now( and no insurance either), so a Dr/Naturopath/allergist just isn't feasible.

Any suggestions??

(sorry this is so short, DS is fed up with the computer for the moment!)

An Elimination Diet and supplements have been very successful for us. It most likely is dairy. The other top allergens, which together with dairy are responsible for 90% of reactions are soy, fish, shellfish, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts and wheat. It is usually proteins that pass through breastmilk, so these protein sources are the most suspect. (Wheat protein is called gluten). There are a couple other Elimination Diet support threads around, come join us:
