I moved to another state and am planning on another uc delivery. However, I am coming up with nothing when I search the internet for the laws for my new state and how to prepare to get a birth certificate.

I am now in Utah. If anyone has any ideas for me, please help!

I'm usually a google whiz, but I'm coming up empty handed. Here's the link to the Utah Vital Statistics web site. https://silver.health.utah.gov/index.htm I think e-mailing or calling them is probably your best bet, unless of course there's another Utah person out there that knows. btw what are people from Utah called? You can't really add "ians" to the end of utah and have it sound right... lol
Good Luck,
I had this same problem when researching my choice to UC. I ended up calling my local office of vital statistics and I must've been transferrred fifty billion times before someone could answer my question.
You'll probably just have to call your local County Clerk's office. I wouldn't worry about it too much, though. As long as you have proof that you were pregnant (a close friend/relative can vouch for this) I'm pretty sure you can get one. You could even bring in a birth tape/pictures if you wanted. I'm sure they wouldn't dispute those as proof!

I doubt you'll have a problem. I know of a few women who've UC/UP'ed in Utah, and never mentioned issues in getting a birth certificate.
