Hi, Usually around ovulation time I often get a lot of hiccups. The best remedy I found is taking a teapoon of peppermint oil, which I take with a glass of water. You can get it from the health food store and it usually releases all excess air and releaves the discomfort. One a day, maybe 2 at most, more is not healthy and very likely not necessary.
