i got some gaia echinacea drops today and ds refuses to take them in water. can i just put them in his food? and for the baby, can i put it in bm?

There's a brand called Lil' Critters that makes an Echinacea/Vit. C supplement in gummi bear form. I get DD's at Target, but I'm sure you can get them other places too.

ETA: I also have some in a liquid form that can be added to juice and things like that. I got it at the health food store.

Trader Joe's sells Lil' Criitters. My kidd-os like them because they are gummy bears.
