After a MONSTER poop today (Day one of CDing), I've decided that I'd like to make some liners for DD.

I thought a fleece/terry combo might be nice (but I'm open to other recommendations). I figured I'd serge the two layers together with MIL's serger. Should I add something to the midde? If so what (maybe hemp?), and where can I get it?

I went to the malden mills website (www.maldenmillsstore.com), but I didn't know what weight to get (they have 100, 200, 300 and power stretch), plus they seem to have several different finishes (microfiber stable knit, micro chamois, microvelour, comfort stretch, ...). What should I order? (I can also check out Joanne's if you have another recommendation)

I've never bought terry before and have no idea where to start. Any recommendations?

Thanks Ladies!

I got some microfleece at our large fabric store (I think it was 100 wt micro... MM's brand) . Some fabric stores don't carry MM fleece, but I think any fleece will work. You want thin fleece though. If you just want a fleece liner, you can cut it to whatever shape you want... you don't need to sew the edges b/c fleece doesn't unravel.

Hopefully someone else can help you a bit more w/ the whole "finish" thing on the fleece b/c I don't know what that all means!
