I am having some issues with my milk supply.. I exclusively pump (baby won't take breast, long story) and my milk supply has taken a huge drop..especially since I started my period at about 8 weeks PP. I'm now almost 12 weeks PP. I pump about every 3 hours and can only get 1.5-2 oz total. This is obviously not enough for my daughter and I am having to give her faar more formula than I'd like. I've tried everything to increase my supply.. bought a new breast pump, fenugreek, mothers milk tea, cluster pumping... everything. I'm getting so frustrated with it I've contemplated just giving up. but I can't make myself do it I atleast want her to have some breast milk as opposed to none at all. So my question is how could I go about getting a perscription for something like Reglan or Domperidone? Do I make an appt with my OBGYN? Will she even perscribe it to me or are there certain guidelines they have for who can get it and who can't? Any input greatly appreciated, Thanks..
