Get it really wet/soaked with warm water then pull fast. I usually distract my little ones by being goofy as it's being pulled and they don't notice it.

If you and your child have enough patience, you can try using oil. I get the tiniest bit of the bandage pulled back and use my fingertip to rub some cooking oil under it. Then I can very gradually work more and more of the bandage off, rubbing more oil as I go. It takes some time but eventually the oil 'unsticks' the adhesive.
