I'm doing great! I am teaching 3 aqua aerobics classes a day (on avg- only 1 today) and doing some prenatal yoga. It's great because some of my classes are more strength training focused and others are more cardio so I get it all every day. I don't think I would be exercising so much if I wasn't getting paid to do it- just because I've been feeling sick and my stomach has been hurting so bad (I hear this happens a lot with the first with all the stretching and stuff).

So how is everyone doing?

We take walks in the evenings, most of the time. It largely depends on when DH gets home from work and if we have other things to do, it's nice because we all go together. It has been too hot here during the day to go, even if it's 80 degrees that's way too hot for me right now...

I walk most mornings, about 30 minutes. I was more consistent before we got rid of our dog.

I hear ya about the heat...today I went at 9:00 and that was way too late. Here in Florida, it has to be around 7:00 or so to be bearable...it's probably about 80 around then.

Um, yeah, I chase a toddler all day. Other than that, my ap playgroup is starting a bellydancing night once a week. We're still trying to figure out a day that works for everyone, but when we do, it'll be great

I've been getting better -- trying to make a more concerted effort.
Practicing at least two to three times a week with my Dragon boat racing team, which is fantastic exercise. Swimming at least once a week. Prenatal Yoga videos about 2x a week. I live in a city so walk a lot anyhow, but that's one area that will improve even more when the weather improves and it isnt so hot - I've been avoiding a lot of my usual long walks and taking the subway because of the heat!

Doing pretty well, all things considered. I got my prenatal yoga DVD from netlix, but halfway through, it hit a scratch and wouldn't play. Now I'm just waiting for the replacement disk (or an extra $15 to buy my own) to come so that I can continue. I LOVE the program!

A girlfriend and I are walking almost every evening after dinner with the kids, we average between 2 1/2 and 3 miles a night. It has been great for me so far, this is the first pregnancy where I haven't gained weight in the first trimester! I just hope I can figure out something good to do when the weather turns bad.

Not too much going on here, but I will be walking to pick up my DS from Kindergarten daily...1 mile walk round trip. No more outside time than that though-it is way too hot here.
I may throw in a yoga dvd every once in a while~

Yep- 3 aerobics classes a day!! Lots of water aerobics though so it's low impact and very healthy for the baby (and not TOO strenous). The funny thing is I am wearing a one piece swimming suit with an obvious pudge but nobody has said anything (not telling them until I get the nerve to tell my boss- who went on vacation for a week, DARN IT). LOL- they must just think I'm a chubby aerobics instructor.

I'm glad to hear so many of you are keeping up your fitness!! You know that labor and delivery has been shown to be easier in those who exercise throughout pregnancy? I'm going natural so I need all the help I can get!

I've been sucking lately lol a few weeks back I was on a regular schedule of swimming 2 miles 4 times a week. Now I get out on the weekend, I haven't gone to the lake all week. I need like 36 hours in a day lol we've been swamped trying to get the boys all set for back to school. Summer camp ends this week and we have an appraiser coming to the house tomorrow night.....I want to scream lol
