Seems like everyone feels let-down differently, what you describe sounds like your own experience of it. If this is what you'll feel during breastfeeding at first be assured it should only sting when your milk starts to flow, not the whole time baby is at the breast. Use the cloth nursing pads, that will protect the nipples and catch the leaks. Or Lilypadz, which will prevent the leaking from beginning as they provide compression.

*Could* be the PCOS triggering it, possibly, the lactation process is hormonal, involving prolactin and oxytocin. But it's also normal to have this.
