i am a cloth diapering mom and have purchased several things from hulawraps and have enjoyed each one, good qualitl and keep my son nice and dry. i use the liners on my 4 year old at night for she sometimes still has a problem with wetting the bed and i get tired of constently washimg the sheets, so by using the liner it is a cheap way to keep the bed dry and clean at night. and such cute prints I think she is an A++ in my book. heather

I just received two of her AIOs. They are sooooo adorable!

The fit is nice and trim, and she really pays attention to detail. They are very absorbant and I haven't had any of the wicking problems that I've had with other cotton outer AIOs.

Very satisfied customer!!

I won a Hulawraps on ebay auction and recieved it in a timely manner. It looked very cute. However it was way too small for my daughter. I emailed Lori and she agreed to take it back, since I had used her measurements and recommendations when bidding on the diaper and thought it would fit my dd. She agreed to exchange it for a larger size. Fast forward 3-4 weeks, and no diaper. She alluded to the fact that she was backed up on orders and would ship it out within the week. Fast forward almost another two weeks, and still no diaper. She claimed she has a lot of problems with her PO and things get "lost" frequently. I assume it wasn't sent priority or with delivery confirmation, because she is now telling me that she can't do anything about it. When I asked for an update today, her response was for ME to tell HER when the package got here. So now I'm out what I paid for the original diaper plus shipping it back to her for the exchange, and I have absolutely nothing to show for it. Very dissatisfied customer here. I won't be purchasing from her again. The customer service leaves much to be desired.

Just to let everyone know..I do have a tracking number for this item..I have contacted my PO...they will not investigate any lost item til it is MIA for 30 days...we are at 20 days at this time with the said item..I stated all of this to the above mom...I feel horrible that this has happened..My PO is under investigation at this time for neglecting packages that need to be scanned for up to 3 wks...I am hoping that this will be fixed...but unfortuately it is out of my hands once I have a tracking number and turn it over to the PO...

add me to the list of people that got scammed by Lori. i won an auction on wahm chicks it was for 5 diapers of my choice. 4 dyas later i paid. a week later she told me she was having some health problems. 2 weeks later she said she had started my diapers. fast forward a month still no diapers. i contacted her and after almost 2 weeks got a reply that she had just finshed them. the next day i got an email from paypal saying my stuff was being shipped. i checked the number everyday and it always said items have not be recieved (at HER post office) needless to say im out $50 and diapers. Shes selling again on ebay under threelittlecubs
