I just remembered today that I have the book. I got it at Goodwill long before I was pregnant.
I guess I'll start reading it and see if I can glean anything helpful from it.

I didn't think the book was particularly helpful. You really need the CDs.

yea, after looking through it I got the same idea.

They did have some visualizations and reading that I could have dh read to me.

If there are any classes in your area I'd highly recommend them. We took them and they were wonderful. The book was more of a supplement.
