I’m Terrified for the Teenage Years

For boys, my best advice is to keep tissues stocked in their room lol. But seriously just be patient. Their hormones are raging and they are anything but rational. They will say things they dont mean and argue just for the sake of arguing.

Remember your own feelings and experiences at that age, and think of what support you wanted from your parents. Don't say "we got through it, so can you" All you're saying there is your feelings don't matter right now.

My daughter is 14 and my son is 12, right there with you Taren

My son is 12 and to be honest me too. he is really naughty now ...I wonder what is going to be like in next few years

Naughty in what way? While I would say my son is anxiety he is still an overall sweet boy.

making problems, doesn't do his homework, breaking stuff around the house
I couldn't meet my boyfriend for a long time because of him.

Thank you! You're too sweet. I'm sure he just has an influx of hormones and needs a way to release some steam. I should get better.
