I am trying to lose weight
I am doing lots of exercise
I have lost inches off myself - but no acutal pounds
Well thats not true - 3 weeks into my diet and I lost a pound!...woopie!...not!
I would like to lose 2 stone (thats about 28 pounds I guess)...
I know I am not 'fat' - I look alright. I am in medium sized clothing. My size is very 'average'. But I used to be much smaller before I had my son - so its more about how I feel with being comfortable iykwim.

And the BMI chart ...its CRAP!... Based on my height and age and what I weight now (which is only about 156 pounds - is that alot?) - I am 'overweight' - approaching obesity. Do I look obese? I have seen woman much much much larger than I am!!!
Accord to the BMI chart - I would have to get down to 110 pounds to be 'normal' weight range. Are they serious? I was 110 pounds (about) before I had my son.... I was a STICK! If people didnt know me they would comment and say things like I was anorexic!!! My friends who did know me just would joke I had 'worms' because I was so slim!

I dont feel too quilty though at the end of the day eating a cheese and tomatoe sandwich... Because at least one positive thing I can think about concerning my body is - I am not gaining any weight! I lost about 3 stone after my son was born in the first month. I have just stayed there. I have always been like that though. I can eat a chocolate cake everyday for a month and not gain a pound... But I am not losing any weight either! And at the end of the day I just want to : It almost makes me think I would have to not eat at all in order to actually lose any bleedin weight! ugh! But I am struggling because of this! Its almost not worth anyhing to me because I am constantly just battling with myself and its making the whole 'diet' thing really un-enjoyable!

I feel for you too! I'm in a similar spot. I work my booty doing a combo of cardio/weights/yoga every stinkin day for 30-45 min and eat very well (imo) and still don't lose weight either. I am 5'6" 140 lbs and feel my most comfortable at 130-135. I have never had a hard time staying fit and slim in the past but now? Ugh!

Are you recording what you eat? How many calories do you get per day? When I record my eating I usually come up with about 1800-2000/day which is right for me since I am still breastfeeding a toddler. I can't imagine eating less.

I am 5'4 as well.

I am not pumping anymore - I cant get much more out than a few oz...but my milk is still there. Could that be part of it?

I am watching my calorie intake - I would say maybe its 1000 calories. I am eating lots of fresh fruit and veg (more so than usual) - this is the 4th week that I am doing that though. I was probably getting 1500 calories the first three weeks. So I figured maybe I should cut down and just do more aerobic type exercise to lose any actual weight. I just feel tired. And right now I want an ice cream lol

I am not having a hard time with not gaining weight - I just want to lose some!!! lol - My body is just staying right where it is though no matter what!!!

I think I might just give up and accept the size I am... So I can stop beating myself up and start enjoying life a bit more!

Is there any posibility I can lose weight next baby around lol

This is a huge part of the problem, you're starving yourself. Even if you feel full you've put your body into starvation mode & it is holding onto every calorie for normal body function, much less what you're making it do on top of that. You need a MINIMUM of 1200-1500 calories. It is also why your body feels tired, you are not providing enough calories for it to function properly.

Are you getting enough protein & carbs?
