Yup - as of today we made it 3 years, Whoa!

I keep joking that his need to talk is going to be what weans him in the end. He is definitely dropping off on the nursing in general.
But on Saturday I was trying to get him to nap before his big birthday party. I was practically BEGGING him to nurse as we were laying in bed. He looked at me and said...

"Please, would you let me talk PLEASE? I don't want nanas, I just want to talk to you!"

Well he told me! But I love our QUIET nursing time and don't really see it ending anytime too soon.

My son will be 5 in August and I remember it was great making it to 3!

The photos in my sig are not all where we live.

The pic of Ice Cream Face was taken near where my dad lives in Hawaii this past Feb.

The pic of DH and I was taken in Cuba when we sailed there and spent 2 months roaming around before DS was born.

The pic of the dog was taken in The Bahamas with our old boat in the background. We're moored at the Exuma Cays Land & Sea Park http://www.bahamas.com/bahamas/islan...pplierid=11072
(also when we quit our jobs and sailed around in 2001-2002 pre-DS)

And the AHOY clip was taken last summer on our current boat that we live on right here in the Chesapeake Bay.
