Hi all,

I just got a juicer and I'm looking for some good fruit and vegatable juice recipes. I'd also like to try a juice fast can anyone recommend a good one?

My son is 20 mos old and I want to juice vegetables for him because he won't eat them. How much fruit/vegetable juice can a toddler drink? Will too much upset his stomach?

Thanks!!

We juice a lot and basically through some juicer recipes and my own experimentaion, I found it's best to stick to three/four veg/fruits or less. I try to do one sweet(carrot, apple, pear etc), with two other that may not be so sweet like celery, parsley.

My favorite juicing book is "Miracle Juices" by Charmaine Yabsley and Amanda Cross. Maybe not as in depth information(but there is lots of it about the nutrients of each recipe!) as some juicing books, but it's got lots of purty photos, and I am a sucker for purty photos.

Have fun, I just love juicing!

That sounds really good. What's burdock root and where do you get it?
