Im not sure what is wrong with me.. I have also had moments of nausea today which i haven't felt for a few weeks and some light headed-ness..but I feel 100% more human than I have in....well, months.
Maybe this really is the beginning of the wonderful 2nd trimester.. (cross fingers) 13 weeks 3 days is a good number!

haha me too me too!!!

I: washed all floors (a monumental achievement at our place), cleaned bathroom, changed all bedding and made dinner (green beans/salad/chicken).

Now blissfully sittin here with a cup of tea and resting...and then must bathe kids.

But i know the only reason I did all of this is because I went to sleep today at noon and woke up 3-ish.

aww! i would if i could mama.. patience is all i can advise.. and rest up as much as you can because i guess we all really need it.
yesterday was the first day i even felt at all normal..the days before that i was seriously falling apart.. im hoping its not just adrenaline from working on our new house..but its after 10 and im still up. its a good sign!

but you know, i was thinking of how much sleep i have lost since becoming a mama, and its HUGE. if i can even hope to make up for some of it before this bean comes i might as well embrace the 8:00 bedtimes my 2 year old has just started sleeping through the night.. i barely slept at all her first few years.. i guess its our bodies way of trying to rest us up now before a few more years of sleepless nights..

That's awesome, MamaFern!

I've had parts of days when I've felt great and gotten things accomplished. Yesterday I cleaned the bathroom, and the day before that I went through all of the hand-me-down clothes for DS in order to outfit him for summer and then sorted through DD's drawers to figure out her needs for summer (that was no small feat!). Yay!

Yay, MamaFern! I'm feeling more human again now, too (14 wks, 2 days). I mopped all the linoleum and cleaned all the laminate flooring in the house, which is no small task considering that's at least half of our 2400 sq. ft. home! Plus, I planted some more peas in the garden, got the bread maker started, cleaned and froze a bunch of chicken, and still have a little energy left over! I was going to make dinner, but DH came home and said he wasn't hungry...so I'm off the hook for tonight.

Hooray for the 2nd trimester, indeed!
