Darn morning sickness, I didn't invite you back!!

Nothing like being sick & having it make you piddle so you don't know which end to hang over the potty to humble you, eh?

Here I thought I couldn't feel any less attractive

Crashing from May...

I actually sobbed to my OB today about this same problem. She gave me a hug, and reminded me it's almost over!

If you feel like you have a brief second before you throw up, stuff some toilet paper in your panties so you don't have to change your clothes. (I've been keeping a pantyliner on at all times, and if I'm out of them, some TP)

Yeah I've been using the pantyliners too, still ugh. This time it's violent, earlier in the pg I had a LOT more warning with the nausea..now it's just like 'Hi I'm back!!!'

I had to make my 13 y/o get out of the shower earlier, poor kid

I am thinking I'll be throwing up soon myself. I've been super nauseated...ughhhh. 5-6 times a day for the first 15 weeks wasn't enough punishment?!?!

I had a virus around 22 or 23 weeks that made me throw up and pee my pants at the same time. I never had ANY warning that I was throwing up for about 2 days (the first time was all over my poor DH's car) so I soaked the rug every time I was puking from piddling all over it. It was so humiliating!! We did a lot of laundry...

Ugh--it's happening to me, too! Luckily I only threw up once unexpectedly, the rest of the time I'm just feeling nauseous
It just started up again a few days ago. That, on top of feeling tired, is wiping me out!!!! The weeks can not go fast enough at this point!!

I've been wearing maxi pads for a while, not just panty liners--in case of sneezing, coughing, and now throwing up

I thought it was just me! After about four weeks of feeling okay, I'm back to morning sickness!! At least now it is mostly contained to the morning unlike the all-day thing I had going on in the first trimester. But, still, I thought this had passed!

I've been wearing pads for most of the pregnancy, anyway, so that is no big change. It just seems extra moist or something down there, and the pads make me feel "fresher." Ha, ha.

Augh, me too!! I thought this part was OVER. It just started up again about a week ago, and isn't nearly as bad but bad enough to keep me sitting on my butt all morning. BLEH.
I'm also wearing panty liners because of acid reflux that makes me cough.

Yeah I had to switch to incontinence panty liners, they just seem to wick the moisture away better than regular liners. All the fun stuff the books don't really tell you, kwim?

We just had a stomach bug go through this family, and throwing up when you're in the third trimester is just no fun!

And I now understand why pregnant women shouldn't fast... I have been trying to eat more today to make up for the fact that I lived on Pedialyte/water and a few Saltines yesterday. Today I've been feeling good (with the exception of some quick bathroom trips, but it's not vomit at least), and I've been feeling SOOOO weak because of the not eating. Baby is moving around fine, probably because he's stolen all my nutrients.
This evening, I'm finally able to even sit up at the computer for more than 15 minutes.

I'm sitting here eating an ice cream sandwich as I read this thread because I'm too hot in my office (sun blaring in the window and the water heated building has the heat stuck on in my space - it's a total sauna in here). The hotness is making me queasy, no matter how many little walks I take myself on. So I'm desperately hoping the ice cream sandwich will:

a) cool me off enough to get rid of the queasies
b) not cause any queasies of it's own
c) not induce any heartburn

Buh.

I am so sorry for those of you experiencing a return of nausea
Mine lasted so long, I hope I'm in the clear now. I didn't feel good, with an appetite, until mid-February. Hopefully this all passes quickly and you can enjoy the last few weeks without puking.
