if I can actually find something that doesn't make me gag I feel better when I eat. I am noticing I feel a lot more nauseated with an empty stomach.

The question is how do I keep my stomach full?! I ate dinner at 5:30, had a grilled cheese at 9 and now at 11 I'm starving again!

Taking care of 2 kids and working nights just isn't conducive to getting enough food in all the time.

Hey I completely understand! I feel like I do nothing but eat and sleep lately! I'm feeling very frustrated with how much my body wants to sleep. I can't just sleep whenever I want to, but I have a hard time getting off the couch too .... My housework has suffered, of course, and that's just making me feel worse.

Just snack on things like nuts or crackers or fruit in between times. I've noticed the same things sometimes.

I'm the same way, everything seems to make me gag. I agree with AKA_PI though, the snacking helps. It also prevents me from getting that awful "too full" nausea.

I'm addicted to applesauce too. I like the little 'snack pack' cups like you might put in a lunchbox. They're better for me b/c I will literally sit and eat a whole jar in a sitting if I don't ration out the sauce! lmao

Eating does feel good! It's about the only time I'm NOT nauseous. I drink LOTS of water and that helps me not feel like I have an empty stomach.

If you can stomach cereal, it can be good for a quick and filling (granola, anyway) snack to hold you over for a few hours. Not getting hungry in the first place is definitely key to keeping nausea at bay.

All 4 of my pregnancies have been like this. An empty stomach is a huge no-no for m/s! Basically, I graze constantly and my days revolve around finding foods that appeal to me and eating small amounts every hour or so.

Can you carry bags with you of foods that you can tolerate? Energy bars, dry cereal, fruit, etc? I try not to leave the house without either bringing a snack or having a plan to stop for a restaurant snack.

Good luck -- I know it's exhausting. Hopefully it will only last a few more weeks for us!

I struggle through every meal/snack, etc. that I eat. I do feel better about 1/2 hour after I'm done (sometimes), only to have the pit feeling start all over again. I'm 10 weeks; this has to get better...I've had this 6 times now.

Oh, and hooray for applesauce!
