Ok, so I have never been the most blessed girl when it comes to filling a bra (except I was a 38DD when I was nursing). I feel HUGE already. I feel like I got breast implants overnight. I am having trouble napping around them, and it is a little hard to make dinner around them. They keep getting in the way!

Just had to share. I am being reminded that I was happy when I went back down to my normal size. Better break out the bigger bras this week.

Wow! Already? I don't remember when that happened with my other two but I remember when it did. I guess I should go buy a few new bras. I finally retired my larger size nursing bras not too long ago. (along with donating my stroller, breast pump, cloth diapers and clothes) I guess we're starting over with this one lol.
On a technical note, do you wear nursing bras this early? I kind of forgot but I seem to rmember them expanding nicely (to a point)
Someone please let me know, too! Do I buy and wear nursing bras now? I don't want to buy materninty bras. I can't wear my bras at all- I'm just wearing tanks with an elastic bra thing. I feel like I need more support though.

For my last pregnancy, I just bought a set of larger sized bras. Since I went back down to the same size, I think my 38Cs will fit nicely through pregnancy. I usually wear a 36B. For some reason, I measure smaller during pregnancy, but a larger band size just feels more comfy. You can buy maternity bras, but I prefer my favorite brand. I am afraid that a nursing bra that fits me now will be way to small when my milk comes. I got 2 sizes larger when my milk came in so I will have to guess on that one when the time comes. I bought 2 nursing bras on a whim the week my son was born. Have I said that he came on his own at 36 1/2 weeks? I was really glad I bought them early!

On that note, what is everyone's favorite nursing bra? I am planning on going a little longer than 15 months next time. Since I won't be buying too much extra stuff (even in the same season as last pg for clothes), I told dh that I am spending some major money on some good nursing bras!

I bought a few comfy bras a size up since I figured when my milk came in my boobs would get bigger, so I'd need to buy nursing bras in a different size then. I think if you're boobs get larger during preg, you can estimate another 1/2-1 cup larger when milk comes in. At least that's what most women tell me and what happened to me. Now if your boobs don't get much larger, you may get away with just buying nursing bras. Remeber though, that what is comfy now, may not be when nursing. I could wear a wire during preg last time, but soon as ds was born I switched to soft cup-1 so I didn't run into duct issues 2 they were so much more comfortable with my boobs constantly changing size with engorgement etc.

This time I'm on the search for nicer bras, regardless of price. We're ebf at 19m and still going now, and I plan the same for the next one. I hated the bras I had with ds. My boobs dropped down around 12m so I'm back wearing my regulars now, but already they seem a little full. I'm searching for lightly padded, soft cup bras this time, so as not to show the pad etc. It seemed no matter what I wore, you could always see my nursing pad or nips and I hated that. I did take the wire out of my one motherhood one and it still worked, but that was the only wire one I had. Oh, I'm a b/c normally, went to a d during preg somewhere around 3m, and then a huge d after birth. Clara I prob didn't help you at all did I?

If I have to buy new bras, I will be so excited! I am so small that I buy mine from the tween department, because they cut their 32A's for a tiny frame and make them so you don't have to fill them out 100%. My boobs have gotten a little bigger - I just about fit now...

Has anyone taken any "belly pics" yet? I took some at 5 weeks for a starting point...
