I hate things that mask poop smell. It reminds me of my friend when I was in school who's mom hd a hundred cats. She hardly changed the litter and sprayed Victorias Secret vanilla body spray EVERYwhere all the time. If I'm in that store and even see that stuff I want to gag and puke all over

really? i like the pail pals! dh has a very sensitive nose re pee, and they work so well in the diaper pail.

I'm not sure if you are talking about a specific product or just the freebies. I am very allergic to lavendar so I am careful not to sniff until I know what's in it. I really like the freebies though. I have gotten wipes, diaper rash cream, and even tea!

I got one one time and the item still smells like it. I did use it in my pail, b/c of stink issues. But I don't think the diaper man liked me usuing non-regulation deoderizor discs because he left me a bunh of them, usually its like pulling teeth to get a new one. :LOL

Hmm, I guess I won't order more of those to give out...I don't mind them, but when I first received my wholesale order our whole house smelled like them for several weeks. The citrus scented ones are called Citrus Circles. They are a lighter scent, not so overpowering.

I got a pail pals too with a dipe order and it smelled like bubble gum. Yuck. The dipes actually smelled like it even after the first wash! Threw it out - and I hate wasting stuff big time. I liked the orange scented ones too - doesn't anyone carry those anymore?

I would not mind getting citrus scented disks at all. It's just the overly sweet smelling bubblegum scented ones I'd avoid. I love little extras in my orders. I've been very happily suprised to find soap samples, eucolan samples, an extra wipe or two, etc. in some orders. I've never, ever had a bad reaction to anything, except the most recent pail pal that I got. Even though I don't care for the scent, I still appreciate the WAHM slipping in a little treat. It is thoughtful.

I direct my annoyance towards whoever created the scent.

i think they are gross.

i once got those "diaper buddies" though (i think that's what they were called, a ball of baking soda with some lavender oil in it?) and that was nice. it smelled real to me.

any strong smelling items though, even if something has been washed in scented detergent bugs me.

Wow, I never expected to have so many responses!

I want to clairify...I REALLY appreciate the WAHM's who have included the little "extras", It's just the smell of this one particular product...the bubblegummy pail-pal that makes me queasy. I honestly thought it was just me and probably due to my pregnancy. I hope nobody got their feelings hurt because of this thread.
