Late night walk last night with DH and the puppy and our 2 year old who could also not sleep. I had hours of BH about every 10 minutes, like a few nights before. Only I wanted to make sure these one would either get stronger or go away, if stronger then I would be up sewing more diapers. LOL If not then I would go to bed.

Only DH went to run with the puppy and this sent our 2 year old running after them, only into the street. No traffic but I was worried if there was a car DH could not get to her in time. So I ran after her. RAN. And I could not catch her..... I couldn't. I was so upset, I yelled for DH and he was not happy about me yelling so late but I was scared for her.

I was sore when I went to bed, but NO BH anymore. I woke up to pee a few hours after and moving brought me to tears. I hurt so much. My hips, not the outer part but the parts between my legs make me cry near every time I move them just even a little bit. I can't sit up without pain. Baby moving down there has me making pathetic little sounds.

I broke myself.

I had no idea how good I had it before now. I was uncomfy, and getting out of bed was slow and ouchy before but nothing like this, nothing. I could get in and out the tub alone before and now I need help moving at all.

I hope what ever I did heals fast..... supposed to go to midwives tomorrow but that will not happen. I can hardly make it to the bathroom without lots of help now.

I really need baby to not come till this is ok

o momma, i hope you feel better soon. hopefully all you need is some good ol' fashion R&R so your body can un-break itself! i hope you are able to get it (i can imagine it's a bit hard to get R&R with a LO running around).

Oh no, mama!! I did the exact same thing a few weeks ago chasing my dd in the parking lot because she threw a fit. ugh, I cried the whole way home and all night that night..I couldn't walk..

Keep your legs together and rest as much as you can..by the 2nd day I was back to normal again.

This happened to me to, when DS fell off his bike all the way down our street and was screaming bloody murder- I didn't know how bad it was and RAN to him and then had to carry him all the way back home.

I was sore for many days after that, but it did eventually heal! I would just mention it to your midwife to err on the side of caution, but perhaps she will have some ideas of certain exercises you can do to help yourself heal too.

In the meantime, Traumeel is a great homeopathic remedy (you can take it orally and/or put the cream on your sore parts). It's great for bruising/trauma type injuries. And ice or hot packs are great, as well as a warm bath, maybe with epsom salts- or a pool if you have one All those things have helped me through this pregancty, cuz I've had lots of pain!

Feel better soon mama!

Thank you all for the care and understanding. It helps to know others have had this pain. I have been trying hard to move, to deal with the pain in hopes it would lesson so I could at least sit up. I think though pushing it is just not going to work so I will lay in bed and try not to move that area much, keep my legs together seems to be the most comfortable. Hopefully tomorrow will better and I will be up to walking so I can go see the midwife!

I've been taking epsom salt baths at night and they really help with my aches and pains. Maybe try that
