I swore by liquid calcium/magnesium for sleep issues in my last pregnancy.

Do you think it would work as well if I took it in pill form? I have some sensory issues and they go into overdrive while pregnant and liquid supplemets/meds.. well many liquids... are a no go.
But I would LOVE to sleep

I wonder if somewhere has a little sample that I can buy to see if I an handle it. I don't want to buy a full bottle and then find out first dose that I just can't do it.
I actually don't mind as long as I am the only one awake. I get to catch up on my favorite websites, do some blogging. If I have any brain energy then I do some work, this is usually with late night insomnia. If I wake up early like 4, then I am not so happy unless I went to bed and was asleep by 9.
I wish it were a flavor issue, but it isn't.
I will definately try the pill form and if that isn't effective enough will *try* to suck it up and try the liquid.

I don't mind the getting some time to myself part! I actually can appreciate it. But I have always needed 8-9 hrs a night consistently to be able function and not get sick and not getting that becomes a problem for me rather quickly. It was a bummer being the only girl on the floor of my freshman college dorm who actually slept! LOL
