So aren't sposies supposed to be super duper absorbant? Esp. the expensive ones (huggies/pampers)? Well, then why is it that the sposie I put on DS last night b/c all of his meager stash was in the washer leaked like crazy? His shorts were soaked and his poor little legs were all wet. I've been using an SOS with a soaker from a small diaper in it and had absolutley no problems.

I can't wait to get the 3 other dipes I have on the way for him. One is another SOS (thanks butterflymom) so I don't have to try to wash and dry it every day.

hmmm, they don't leak for us, but i hate them for other reasons. dd has been in them since sunday and they are soooo gross. i can't wait to get our washer/dryer hooked up and if it doesn't happen today or tomorrow i'm going to find the nearest laundromat to get her back in cloth. blech. sposies stink, literally!!

It leaked for me b/c he is a big wetter and filled it all up so all it could do was squish out, but the cloth I put on him can handle it

Ohyeah - sposies suck !

Our son could pee THROUGH (not up and out, not out the sides, literally THROUGH the front part) of a sposie. NASTY !!

Not to mention all these little white gel balls all over my boy ! I can't imagine trying to clean them off a little girl.

And that was with changing him every 2 hours, 3 max !

Thankfully we wised up and went 100% cloth by 4 months old. No looking back for us.

We would wake up and the bed would be soaked with pee- they didn' t hold a thing, and they stunk up the house- maybe that was beacause DH only emptied the trach weeky??
