Sorry, I don't know where this belongs, but I thought this seemed like the right place.

Anyway, I have small black dots in my milk ducts. Any ideas what this could be? They're not on the surface, but under the skin.

I noticed one on one of my nipples right before DS was born but it went away when he started nursing.

Are you nursing? I wonder if it could be built-up gunk sort of like a black head? I never knew what mine was but it went away.
