I love chickpeas and pasta together. I like to take some olive oil and saute 2-3 cloves of garlic (minced), add some red pepper flakes and sun dried tomatoes (re-hydrate first if not oil packed), then add the chickpeas, a bit of water and put a lid on to steam together for a bit. Toss with pasta and add some parsley. It's also good with mushrooms. This is one of my favorite dishes.

Perfect! This gives me inspiration to do some sort of chickpea, pasta, and almond saute.<br><br>
My family is at the point where 16oz of pasta isn't enough, so I made 32 oz last night which created a ton of leftover pasta. I had set my chickpeas to soak before I made the pasta. Had I known that they weren't in the mood to eat, I would have made less.<br><br><b>THANK YOU!</b>
