I have not posted much here but I have lurked alot<img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/redface.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Embarrassment"> . Today Dh and I found out that this bun is not meant for this world. Last week I started to spot lightly so an U/S was done, and we were elated to see a tiny babe and his/her tiny heartbeat. But by this morning the bleeding became heavy, but no cramps, and another U/S this afternoon showed no heartbeat<img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/img/vbsmilies/smilies/gloomy.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Gloomy">: . I cnnot believe how quickly things changed in just two days! I'm sorry for such a gloomy posting, and I wish I could think of something better/eloquent/wise to say, but those words elude me just now...

Take good care of yourself and give yourself the space to process this. I'm still processing a loss from November that still has me confused and bewildered, it helps to write about it and have a few people who don't think I"m dragging it out by still needing to talk about it.<br><br>

I am truly sorry for your loss.<br><br>
In my first pregnancy I started spotting at 6/7 weeks. We went for an ultrasound (they ended up doing an internal US as the normal one they couldn't see a thing). They said that I was about 5 weeks due to the size of the baby etc. So there was hope as far as DH and I thought.<br><br>
My GP suggested that I may not be miscarrying but it may be re-implantation bleeding. I held on to that as a possibility.<br><br>
My world came crashing down when two days later I miscarried.<br><br>
It hurts when you start to think that all may be ok and then doesn't turn out.<br><br>
Just remember that you can cry, you can scream and you have MDC here to talk to and vent if you need to.

I'm so sorry this happened to you. It really stinks. The best advice I was given with all my miscarriages was to be gentle with myself and give myself time to grieve. I hope that you are able to do that.
