I finally got my dh to commit to doing this with me!

He has less weight to lose (like he is 5'8" and weighs about 145, so he is "ideal") but he has as much toning he could do as I do. He has some things he wants to work on but we've been at it for a week now and it is going really well.

I feel like I've made more progress here this week than ever. Partly because it is easier to workout with the kids up if h is home. For some reason they'll ply quietly, watch us, or do it with us, when we are together. But if it is just me they freak out.
