I can't wait to see how that yarn knits up. That set is gonna be fabulous! I have been so tempted by Jamie's offerings lately. I know I am just going to have to place an order sooner or later.

Wow! So cute! BTW, I also clicked on your stash pics link, and I *loved* your recycled stuff. Tell me, does it take tons of know-how to make a cover from a sweater? I am a beginner knitter (I have been for two years!) And to top it off, my only child (at the moment!) is already potty trained. I figure, if I am going to make some cute stuff for number 2 Baby, I will have to start before I even ever get pregnant! LOL!

Thanks it's easy. If the wool is slightly felted, you can cut it up and sew with it just like regular fabric with out worrying about it unraveling. I just used one of my other covers as a templet and cut out the shape, sewed it together, and crocheted me a drawstring (but you could just use a long braid). If you want a little more instruction, here is a link for you- this one looks simple.

So a Show and Tell forum is created and then someone show's and tell's and it still gets moved :

I think the mods only read the title. If they actually read the thread they would see it is about longies. The diapering forum here makes me nuts now. I don't know why I am still hanging around here.

Is that your dh in the one pic? Because, I have to tell you that he looks so much like mine that it's scary...right down to the shorts he's wearing and the style of frames in his glasses...

In fact, dd just came up and said "is that daddy?".
