to help me get my foot in my tights, because I just wasn't flexible enough to get down there.

AND THEN I found out that I'd got them on the wrong way round. Doh. It's going to be one of THOSE days.

I wore crummy looking black clogs with my dress and leggings tonight out to dinner, because I didn't feel like struggling into my knee high boots once we got to the restaurant. I used not wanting to slip and fall as my excuse. Mind you, we were parked less than ten feet from the door to the place.

I'm glad it's still warm enough to wear flip flops here. Don't have to bother with socks or shoes! Funniest thing was at the hospital tour watching a group of pregnant women trying to get those things on over your shoes. The nurse had to help a few people.

If dh leaves for work before I'm fully ready, I don't wear socks that day. If he is home, usually dd is getting dressed "all by herself" with loads of praise, immediately followed by me asking dh to hold my pants for me to step into and then to put on my socks. Yeah, I still wear sandals in 40 degree weather and clogs with dresses. It's the best I can do to even get dressed at all.
