I have Chronic Fatigue, Fibromyalsia, migraines, and
shocker depression. The migraines started after 7, when I had a double concussion
. I have had depression since I was a young teenager. Then after mono at 15 I progressed into the CFS and Fibromyalsia.

I was Ovo-lacto vegetarian since 2 and bf'ed until I was 4. I was vaxed once. My Mom was very holistic and has been a Holistic Health Practitioner since late '90s. Needless to say if it's alternative I've tried it. I'm much better than I used to be, mainly balancing hormones worked for me.

We are in the middle of a move and Dh and I will be the Resident Managers, so I will WAHM part-time. I have bad days, weeks or sometimes months. This month has been bad, maybe the stress just ruins my sensitive hormones
. I usually can accept that I accomplish less than an average mom. Sometimes, it really bothers me.

I have to give up a lot of things, because I simply don't have the energy above Mama and wife duties. I mourn the loss of many things : sigh. I love birth so much and I can't be a Doula because it takes so much out of me. Dh has asked me not too, since he's worried about my health.

I don't know what I'm asking, there are much worse things happening in the world. But

I can't speak for the CFS or fibromyalgia, but my migraines (and of course my depression) are waaaaaaay worse when things in my life are stressful (duh, right?). Hopefully once you are moved into the new place and things get into a regular pattern for you there these things will calm down for you. You said you have tried all things "alternative". For me hyland's migraine formula and calms forte can help. And making sure I get a little bit of "me" time.

My migraines are pretty mild these days, just makes me extra tried. They are not exactly the same and change enough I would have to re-remedy each time. I have also never had homeopathics work for a migraine. I take a fever-few blend daily and that does help.
