I cant believe I waited this long to finally get myself inot a yoga class. Its so peacful and helpful. My hips feel so much better and I feel stronger, healthier and more peacful and Ive only had 2 classes so far!
Yes! My prenatal yoga class is my weekly highlight. After the new baby is born, my teacher also has a mommy and baby class that is all about yoga for the mama - she will even come around and pick up the baby. I LIVED for this class until DS was 18 mo, then we couldn't go anymore due to his age. Maybe you can find another great class after baby is born! It really helped me feel like a real living person in the midst of all my post-birth exhaustion and I swear it got me back into shape, in such a gentle and enjoyable way.
There is also a great book for toddlers/older kids called "My Daddy Is A Pretzel." DS loves to do all the poses in it!
