I made some LF pickles in my little fermenting rig (old crock, plate, weight, lid) man did they turn out good! I used the no-whey NT recipe and added garlic cloves. I also let them sit out for 4-5 days instead of 2. I used sliced regular cucumbers. So easy I highly suggest you try them, much easier than sauerkraut!
