Greetings.

Hitting a rough patch here. Got a toddler and an 11 month old. Recently have begun losing it. Anger anger anger. Don't want to damage my beautiful boy as he stretches and tests and pushes.

Anyone know of a really dynamic therapist in Baltimore CIty? Someone familiar with mommyhood and marraige stresses? Perhaps in the cognitive camp. Don't have time to deal with the (nod nod sympathetic smile nod nod), "So it sounds like things are hard right now" for 8 weeks.
I've been in therapy before. Sympathy/Empathy does go a long way but
whew, I need some intervention-sit-down-come-to-jesus (not literally)-let's get-me-some-hand-holds-when-the-chips-are-way-down therapy.

It's mostly about anger.

Thanks in advance for any names.

Coming in late here, but I have a rec. Don't know what his expertise on marriage and family is, but there is a guy who is really good with the deep stuff. PM me if you are interested.
