my son has been selectively vaxed, but im not prepared right now to continue vaxing and now that he is in school, i need proof. anyway, ive decided to just fill out the waiver form against all the vaccines that are required. i will make my decision later, i figure its none of the school's/governments business anyway.
but....i need a statement/reason to put down, someone from michigan what did you put down?
thanks,
Have you seen this info?

http://vaclib.org/exempt/michigan.htm

The bottom half has links to certain school districts.

Wow! That's nice that the school districts provide their own exemption forms.

Since your state allows for religious and philosophical exemptions, you would simply state:

Immunization is contrary to my religious beliefs.

or

Immunization is contrary to my philosophical beliefs.

"Immunization is contrary to my philisophical beliefs in that for daniel the possible risks are greater then the possible benefits"
Hope im not questioned. what i really want to say is "none of your d--- business, it's my job to parent him, not yours!"
but i wont
