I have a very dear friend who will be TTC soon. Except for me, she has never known anyone to BF. She has seen me nurse all my children, and knows that I am passionate about bf - she even knows that I consider it selfish not to bf. I have spoken to her about the benefits, however she is still on the fence. She wants to use formula for the "convenience" of it - although I tried telling her that it really was the opposite of "convenient". She will be going back to work at some point after baby is born, and I think is wary of pumping (although I have talked to her about my experiences pumping at work).

Anyway, it makes me really sad to think of my good friend's baby being formula fed. My friend is NOT a bad person, and really not at all selfish, she is just uninformed, and I fear I am not eloquent enough to get across the point of JUST HOW IMPORTANT AND NECESSARY it is to breast-feed. She said she would be glad to read any literature on the subject, so y'all, please point me to some good stuff. It has to be either readily available in book form, or in a good format for me to print off, as she does not like being on the internet. (strange, I know! )

Thanks for the help!
