twice already!<br><br>
once at DH's workplace--we took the baby to meet people. and once at my chiro's office, in the waiting area. (DD and i were both getting adjusted.) it felt good to do it & i got lots of smiles, so that's good <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/smile.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="smile"><br><br>
i'm glad i'm starting early. i think it'll make me more comfortable w/ it.<br><br>
and i'm glad i visit MDC--i think i felt more entitled to do it because of these boards, esp. this one!

Way to go, you are right, the more you do it the easier it is so pretty soon you'll be an old pro.<img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/lol.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="lol">

Fantastic! It's a very nice feeling to feed your babe when they're hungry, anytime anywhere!

I'm very proud of you! one- you will be able to be out and about more and attend to your child's needs. and two-- you are normalizing breastfeeding. Other moms will see you and know that it's ok. Other children will see you and be influenced. Thanks for helping to change the world!

Isn't it the best feeling? I remember the first time I was ever uncomfortable about it. I was in a waiting room to get Tori's birth certificate when she was a few months old. I whipped it out not thinking anything of it and an elderly man came up to me and I was waiting to get yelled at. Instead he sat down and was commenting on how beautiful she was and then looked me in the eye and started conversating. He didn't even bat an eye that I was nursing. I thought for sure if anyone would be uncomfortable with it, it would be him.
