I signed the divorce agreement

No response is necessary...

I signed my divorce agreement. It was good in some ways and sucky in others. I was being harassed and after 3 attempts at restraining orders and 3 denials (it's never been physical abuse, JUST mental- gag!). I just couldn't take the stress anymore. At least now, the divorce agreement states that he has no physical or legal rights to the house so I can keep him out if I want. We went on our own and had it notarized. I also had a letter to my attorney notarized, stating that I was under duress, etc. No plans to do anything with it. I'm upset that it's not all that I wanted but very glad that this is over. We're not divorced yet but at least now, THAT part of my life can be over. I need to move on.
