I have this magazine. I sent a letter off to the editor last week, and included my name, telephone number and my website.

Here is most of my letter:

It was nice to see the article in regard to extended breastfeeding. Breastfeeding is a normal part of our lives, and it is wonderful to see positive role models. I also wanted to say thank you to Lauren Picker for her "Labor Facts" article in which she quotes Elizabeth Stein who said "If you're induced, you have a 50 percent chance of delivering by cesarean section." It is important for women to know their choices, and that they do, in fact, HAVE choices, so that they can make informed decisions.

My eyes almost fell out of my head when I saw that article!! (in a good way, I just couldn't believe Parents had a positive article about EN ...it made my day

) I'm curious to see next month's letters (I'm sure they were flooded by horrified responses..."OMG!! A baby nursing beyond the first three months!!! EWWWWWWWW!!!!
