I hope it turns out to be a fun and exciting announcement for you! Don't let other people's lame comments ruin the moment(s) for you!!

I'm with you on this one. Only two people know besides us so far and I kind of like it that way. We're sending out New Year's cards next week with a picture of DD wearing a Big Sister shirt. I'm sure people will be excited but I'm really not looking forward to all the questions about how I'm feeling. It really drove me crazy last time.

I thought I was the only one who felt this way :) I hate telling. Our families and closest friends already know, but I dread telling everyone else. I've just quietly been letting people think I'm getting fat :) I told myself I was going to post it on Facebook today, but I'm still putting it off so far.

haha - I'm the same way... families and friends know, but co-workers? not so much, other than my boss and one other. I just don't know how to tell folks at work, and I kind of like having one place where I'm not the pregnant lady!

Immediate family and 1 pair of close friends know. I've been dying to tell people but have been delaying until all our genetic testing comes back and now I'm now happy that no one else knows. Its fun keeping it a secret and not have to hear all the questions and such.

We will probably start really telling people around Christmas when all this genetic counseling and testing is out of the way and we know what we are dealing or not dealing with.

i was actually going to tell co-workers and NOT immediate family...they are way more annoying. SIL (who knows) says that will be mega-trouble with the ILs but i'm sorry, they lost their early-notice priveleges with all their annoying comments last time. they were the worst and i figure i could probably go a whole 'nother month without telling them or my parents. i actually didn't get a chance today so might drop a few bombs tomorrow.
