So, I've been slowly collecting my stash for this baby, due in Dec. (1st time CDing) Still have a long ways to go (more fun for me, less fun for my wallet).

I've made a spreadsheet of my slowly growing stash (dipes and covers). The brand, color/print, new/used, where I bought it and how much I paid for it, etc. In other words, ALL the details. Yes, it's practical, but I don't think it's normal.

Well, I haven't graduated to spreadsheet status yet, but I do keep a handwritten list *and* printouts in a folder of everything I buy, where I purchased it, how much I spent, whether it was new or used, etc.

Mostly I do this to keep track of orders and to know how much to resell for. I want to be fair and not resell for more than I paid.

I may to have to get more high-tech like you, though.

I thought I was the only one with a spreadsheet!
Mine is color-coded by type (prefolds, pockets, fitteds, covers) and size. I didn't even think about including price. I don't think I want to the see the grand total all in one place!
But yes, I'm obsessed too.
