I know my hips and low back are loose, and I feel like I've got that wide duck gait already. I'm barely halfway done! Yipe!

if i walk too much I start to... like today!

I spent two hours mushroom hunting through a forest, then came home and sat for a couple hours THEN I went out to a state park for an hour wandering around and taking photos of a friend of mines family for her.

I feel like I am starting to waddle, too. I tend to feel like that more after I have been sitting longer and then as I walk, I feel like things shift back more to where they are supposed to be. LOL

We're all a bunch of ducks, then. If I'm stiff or sore for any reason, I totally waddle. Not sure if I really need to...it's like my body remembers these rhythms and goofy movements, and does them in spite of myself (much like hip rocking when a baby is crying in a check-out line) .

Totally waddling!
I feel like loosey-goosey!
I'm getting regular, weekly adjustments at the chiropractor to help with my hip and lower-back pain (already?!! didn't start feeling like this till late 3rd trimester with my last babe) and that seems to be helping a bit.
But, still the waddle!

And do you sit and lean over spread eagle? I caught myself sitting with my legs spread apart like a man this week! And I feel like I need to spread my legs to reach the floor to give my belly a place to go!

lol I do have to spread my legst to bend over when sitting now... that will only get worse, to the point where i CANT even with my legs spread lol. I remember toward the end with both DS and DD if I wanted shoes or pants on I had to lift my feet up behind me standing up and put the pants over the foot and shimmy that leg up my leg until it was high enough to do with the other leg lol...

to avoid having to do this TWICE every time I got dressed (underpants AND pants) I just started wearing dresses every day lol... and flip flops to avoid having to have someone tie my shoes!

I am for sure! When I can walk that is. My back and left hip are killing me, it feels like it's popping out or something... ouch! I think I will search for chiropractic care, can anyone with experience let me know if this was helpful for you?

At least when I'm find myself waddling, I think that it adds to me looking pregnant and not just overweight with a really round tummy. My husband would probably laugh to realize that I'm still concerned about only looking large, but certain clothes flatter my pregnant body and others ...well, not so much. They just make me look round in the middle.

I'm right there with you, Randall!

It's not that I'm looking forward to being *really* huge, but I'd like to look more pregnant and less "wow, she needs to lay off the snacks!"
