I think she's trying to crawl

Maybe I'm crazy, but that's sure as hell what it looks like. Every single time I put her down on a flat surface, she rolls right over and sets about pulling her legs under her and then pushing outwards with them... earlier she even managed to elevate herself on one arm and one leg for a moment.

I took some pics, I'll put them up later... is this even possible though? My oldest wasn't crawling till 7 or 8 months.

LOL ava is trying to do that too, but she won't roll over! LMAO! she rolled from tummy to back like...4 times, a week ago. nothing since. hasn't rolled back to tummy yet either. but any time she's on her tummy she tries to scoot forward. LOL

Yeah, it sure looks like she's trying to crawl! Samara needs to take some lessons from her. She'll roll from back to tummy and then she gets mad because she can't do anything on her tummy. LOL!!!
yup, Scarlett is doing the same thing sort of...
Last week she rolled from tummy to back for the first time (and now does it constantly)..
and now when she has tummy time she tucks her knees up under her and DOES move forward...except she has NO upper body strength and so ends up plowing her face along the floor/blanket...

aren't babies cool?

poor little dear, except, I'll guess it doesn't faze her one bit!

Will prefers to be on his tummy: even if I put him on his back to sleep, he rolls to his tummy. After a few hours of sleep, he's usually in a completely different place than I left him. But, I've never seen how he does it.

sure does look like it.

jewely did al that stuff early. she took her first step at 8 months, and pulled her self to standing at 6 months.7 months she was sruising. they are all diffrent so you might have an early walker like i did.

LOL!!! wow! Rowan didn't start CRAWLING until around 8mos. HAAAAHAHAHAHA!!
They're all so different, even as tiny babies. It's looking like my two are basically polar opposites in terms of temperament too, so I guess it shouldn't come as a surprise if Moira gets mobile earlier than Amalie did.

Moira also spends a LOT of time happily watching her big sister's wild antics. I bet she just wants to join in
