You have a really diverse (and colourful) collection! If you don't mind me asking, where did you get a lot of these and about how much did you spend altogether?

I was only planning on getting prefolds and bummis covers : and was going to order them next week, but your pics are giving me 2nd thoughts!!!!

Thank you The prefolds I sewed and dyed myself (except for the 4 commercially made chinese prefolds) I like the stretchiness of the fabric I think the fit is a lot nicer than regular prefolds

The aios I sewed myself as well from the vb aio pattern

I already had all of the fabric for both, so I didn't put out any money for them (right now, the fabric was expensive when I bought it two years ago)

The fitted diapers were mostly from the trading post I watched every day waiting for really good deals I bought the hillbillybunny fitteds and three of the elbees from the same mama and got a great deal, and the other three elbees were a steal as well the newborn swaddlebees were from the outlet and only 4 something each.

The wool was the expensive part, but I love wool and the pretty colorways and its so soft

I like having something of everything. Aios for lazy days, Fitteds for when we are out, and prefolds for when we are at home.

Oh I wanted to say I have a stash of economical mother ease one size diapers for when the baby is out of the newborn size. Also I think the newborn size is quite economical for me because my babies have been little 5-6 lbs and newborn fits for a long time

I've got to take stash pics. Plus, it will be easier when they are outgrown and they need a new bum. I figure that I won't have much time for stash pics then, so I should do it now.

I haven't started sewing yet. I've done a couple but I have so many newborn fitteds that I don't know if I even want to use pockets for the newborn stage.

I think you would be really happy with prefolds, if you want some color and excitement you can get dyed prefolds I have some from www.tinyheiny.com and she is a really helpful mom, she's from mdc as well.

I wouldn't get all the same covers though, sometimes one kind of pul cover doesn't fit as well as another, Maybe try a couple bummis and a couple prowraps or I really like the nikky covers but they are a bit more expensive

Oooh, you're inspiring me. I've got to go get my box of dipes out of storage. And organize the dipes I've accumulated over the past few months. And get off of MDC and finish knitting my soakers.

OMG you have a huge stash! I am jealous! We have tiny space so no big stashes for us but we are minimalists and have learned to do with very little. Love all the colors - you are obviously a woman with my taste in colors!

Ahhh I see you're just really creative! I am not so creative, but I did take yet another look around the net and found that I can get some nice, colourful covers from various companies, and not just the boring ol' plain white Bummis SWW I was planning on getting, for not that much more. Whew, I feel better now.

Amy, you can also get Bummis (a really great compan for wraps) in cool prints (frogs are my favorites)! I also get Bumpkins and they come in cool prints too (like the awesome pink and rainbow circles)!

IMPRESSIVE!

We are not sure what we are doing, so we thought we would sort of part time everything and see what works best for us. I am getting EC materials, a handful of cloth dipes [actually ordering those pocket dipers from fuzzibunz on a friend's recommendation instead of the "sampler pack"- any other thoughts about this are welcome!... we are going for the easiest of cloth diapering available], and also getting a case of seventh generation disposables... I really look up to you crafty women who make your own dipers... you are all like mythic matrona goddesses to me! :
