There's a small park in my neighborhood. I took Abi, the dog, and Nitara for a walk to it, and there was a mom with her 3 kids. One was 6, one about 3 and a baby. We ended up talking and she asked if someone made my sling for me or if it was store-bought. Then we started talking more and she homeschools! <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/thumb.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="thumbs up"> And from the conversation I got that she was also bfing. She lives in the apts. across the wall from our neighborhood and looks like she could be a good friend. The problem is that her dh moves around a lot with work so she'll probably only be here a couple months.<br><br>
But I just thought it was sooo cool to meet another homeschooling mom.<br><br>
