Yay me!

DH was home with DD and I got to go out for a walk all by myself. I was just going to fast walk and play with my new radio/headphones. All of a sudden I was jogging and it felt grrrrreat! Went about 2 miles.

I so, so, so wish I can keep up some sort of routine. I'm thinking jogging twice between Fri-Sun when DH is home and fast walking with DD in the stroller twice between Mon - Thurs.

Anyone want to have some sort of buddy/accountability group with me?

Yay for you, Jessica!

I went for a run today, too (I call it the pregnancy shuffle, as it's more of a shuffle than a run for me these days, but nonetheless, I did it!) I felt much better for the rest of the day, as I was having a hormonal day and wasn't in the greatest mood. Those endorphins helped.

I hope you are able to keep it up.

Went to gym yesterday (2 miles on treadmill). Have a membership - was going 5-6 days a week b4 pregnant. Starting to feel better - so set a goal of 3-4 times a week.

I really need it. Makes my mind work better and to be able to find peace within myself.
