We do it. It's not at rich as ice cream but it's still good. We just use NT's recipe for vanilla and sweeten with maple syrup. We tried chocolate and didn't like it as much as the vanilla.<br><br>
I think it's best made fresh since once you put it into the freezer it gets really hard. I always assumed it was since you had more water and less fat than true ice cream, so it gets harder, like water/ice, not just hard like regular ice cream.
